The St. Clair County Health Department's Outreach Program is helping those in need.  The program specializes in linking you and your family to community resources, Medicaid health insurance and services.  It can also give referral assistance to those requiring urgent health care, shelter, clothing or nutritional needs and provide non-emergency assistance obtaining a medical home.  For more information or to get help call 987-5300.
