Wings Add Goalie
Free angency in the NHL began on Sunday and the Detroit Red Wings wasted no time, signing goalie Jonas Gustavsson to a two year deal worth $3 millon. Gustavsson has played three seasons in the NHL, all with Toronto. Last season he was 17-17-4 in 42 games, with 4 shutouts and a .902 save percentage, to go along with a 2.92 goals against average. The 27 year old from Sweden is expected to be the back up to Jimmy Howard.
