The Detroit Tigers scored five times in the first inning and cruised to an 8-2 win in Texas on Monday night.  Miguel Cabrera had three hits and drove in three runs for the Tigers, while Jhonny Peralta added a double and two RBI.  Rick Porcello pitched six innings and allowed just one run.  Game two of a three game series is set for Tuesday night.
