Quintin Berry singled home the game winning run in the bottom of the 10th as the Detroit Tigers beat the St. Louis Cardinals 2-1 on Thursday afternoon.  Prince Fielder added a home run to the Detroit attack.  The Tigers open a ten game road trip on Friday night in Pittsburgh.
