A series of ordinance adoptions before council members tonight in St. Clair. The seven member board will look at new fireworks rules, planning commission changes, and utility rate structure amendments. Enforcement of commercial trash dumpster rules also will be addressed as will a series of special event requests including final arrangements for next months Blue Water Offshore Race. The session gets underway at 7:00 p.m. at the municipal building.
