It's an event that's completely volunteer-driven and supported by local businesses and private donors.  That's the second annual Art On The River, going on Sunday in downtown Port Huron along Quay Street in Heritage Park and the Zebra Bar parking lot.  The event, featuring live music, arts, crafts, a Kids Zone and other attractions, is hosted by the local Citizens for a Vibrant Community organization.  It runs from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. today.
