Miguel Cabrera hit a two run home run and Casey crosby earned his first win in the major leagues, as the Detroit Tigers topped the Cleveland Indians 7-5 on Thursday afternoon in Detroit.  Brennan Boesch had two hits and an RBI and Jose Valverde closed out the ninth for his 10th save of the season.  The Tigers begin inter-league play on Friday night in Cincinnati.
