The Cleveland Indians hit three triples and beat the Detroit Tigers 4-2 on Tuesday night at Comerica Park.  Detroit managed just seven hits, two coming from Miguel Cabrera, who doubled in a run in the first inning.  Brennan Boesch added a sac-fly in the ninth for an RBI.  Game two of a three game series is Wednesday night.
