Derek Jeter hit a home run on the first pitch of the game and it was all down hill for the Detroit Tigers, who lost 5-1 to the New York Yankees on Sunday.  The Tigers managed just four hits and scored their lone run on a home run from Prince Fielder.  Monday is a day off for the Tigers, who host Cleveland on Tuesday night at Comerica Park.
