Mitchell Fernandez of St. Clair County Community College, had his poorest round at the NCJAA Division II National Golf Tournament on Friday in Indiana.  Fernandez shot an 83 giving him a four day total of 316, good for 28 over par.  Fernandez slid from 44th place back to an 88th place tie in the 128 player field.
