Miguel Cabrera hit a two run home run in the top of the ninth to give the Tigers a come from behind 4-3 win over the Minnesota Twins on Sunday.  The win gave the Tigers a sweep in the three game series.  cabrera had two hits and drove in three runs in the game.  Quintin Berry added three hits in the game for Detroit, who heads to Boston to start a four game series on Monday afternoon.
