The St. Clair County Sheriff's Office will be holding it's Awards Ceremony today as it honors civilians and officers who've played a part in saving a life or stopping a crime.  Sheriff Tim Donnellon tells us nearly 100 awards will be presented to members of the local community, as well as the Sheriff's Office and other departments, with awards including Life Saving, Unit Commendations, Certificates of Merit, and Civilian Commendations and Citations. Donnellon says the ceremony recognizes outstanding courage and bravery, as well as investigative work, and going above and beyond the call of duty. The ceremony gets underway at the Don Dodge Auditorium of the St. Clair County building starting at 6 pm.
