Bigger is better when it comes to a carnival, and this week sees the return of the event on Port Huron's south side.  Big Rock Amusements' Matt McDonagh says the location along the waterfront down by Desmond Landing means more rides, more room and more fun. McDonagh says the new location is larger, better, and closer to Blue Water Fest and feels the larger space should make the carnival easier to get to.  "Ride-All-Day" Armbands will be on sale Wednesday for $15-dollars, while Friday and Saturday the armbands are $20-dollars.  A last chance blowout takes place Sunday with armbands for $18-dollars.  Tomorrow sees a ride special with Speedy Q Buddy Night, where if your buddy has a sticker from Speedy Q, they get to ride free with you.
