No. 7 Indiana was able to hold off No. 13 Michigan State 75-70 on Sunday afternoon in Indiana.  Gary Harris scored 21 for the Spartans, while Adreian Payne added 18.  MSU had a six game win streak snapped and is now (17-4) overall on the season.
