Hot Enough For Ya?

Well, at least it's not raining! I know, I know it's hot. And yes, we do need to take precautions - drink plenty of water, don't over-exert, wear sunscreen. Just like we take precautions in extreme cold in February, we know how to deal with the heat in July. Think back to Mackinac Race Weeks of past and chances are your memories are of hot and steamy days like this. Cool off with a dip in Lake Huron and then head down to the parade, the carnival, stroll along the river and look at boats. This is our week to shine so yeah, it's hot - cool off as best you can and then head downtown for some fun - I'll see you there!
