Caleb Gordon

Caleb Gordon is the Program Director for WPHM and Chief Engineer for all five RadioFirst stations in Port Huron.

His radio career began in Port Huron in 2010 as an intern while attending Marysville High School. He continued to work for WPHM on a part time basis as a producer and reporter while attending St. Clair County Community College. He graduated Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Media and Information Management and has worked in both the Saginaw and Lansing radio markets.

In late 2017, Gordon came home to Port Huron to oversee the news department at RadioFirst following the retirement of mentor Bill Gilmer. He would later add programming and engineering duties.

Gordon enjoys camping, hiking, biking, kayaking, and photography. Locally he enjoys spending time in and around our various parks and natural areas, such as the Wadhams to Avoca Trail, Port Huron State Game Area, and Woodsong County Park. A fan of freighters and trains, he often travels throughout Upper Michigan and the Midwest.

In 2019 Gordon was named to the Michigan Association of Broadcasters Foundation Board of Directors. In 2021 he was honored by organization with their Young Professional award. He currently serves chairman of the MAB Foundation, St. Clair County Parks Commissioner, and as a radio advisory board member at Michigan State University.
