The home of Chicken in the Rough has reopened after a Wednesday morning car crash. According to owner Jim Jovanovski, the Palms Krystal Bar is open and repairs are underway. The bar and restaurant, located in the 1500 block of Pine Grove Avenue, was struck by a car shortly before 11:30am Wednesday. The Port Huron Police Department says only minor injuries were reported and the accident is believed to be caused by a medical issue with the driver of the vehicle. The Palms Krystal Bar was established in 1936.
