Gas prices fall to lowest prices since summer of 2017

Michigan gas prices have fallen another twelve cents over the past week, reaching a current statewide average of $2.28 per gallon. AAA of Michigan reports gas prices have reached their lowest prices since July of 2017. The most expensive gas in Michigan can be found in Marquette and the Grand Rapids area has some of the lowest prices at the pump. Currently, pumps in Metro Detroit are seeing the cheapest November gas prices in two years at $2.36  per gallon. In Sanilac County average prices are $2.28 a gallon, $2.22 in Lapeer County, and in St. Clair County, pumps are asking $2.17 on average for a gallon of regular unleaded.
