The Detroit Tigers broke a four game losing streak with a big 10-0 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates on Wednesday night at Comerica Park. Justin Verlander tossed eight shutout innings, allowing just one hit and getting plenty of support. Nicholas Castellanos had three hits and five RBI, while Ian Kinsler picked up three hits, a home run, scored four times, and drove in four runs. The Tigers and Pirates play the final game of their series on Thursday afternoon in Detroit.
